d-Omix : A Mixer of Generic Protein Domain Analysis Tools About us . Contact . Documentation/Help

d-Omix web server is organized into five sections: Data for data submission and four services: Tree for comparative protein evolution based on domain distances, Alignment for comparative proteomes based on domain architecture alignments, Graph for comparative domain combination based on domain graphs, and Interaction for building putative protein-protein interactions (PPIs) from domain-domain interactions (DDIs).
